We will begin our day with a welcome drink on the deck so we can meet each other and start to soak up the beauty and serenity that surrounds us.

Enjoy a morning yoga session to harmonise your body and soul.


Practising Self-Love Workshop with Rosie Chehade-Aiello of Happiness Lifestyle.

Rosie, Transformative Health Coach and Mentor, will share soulful wisdom and guide you through practical and powerful ways to break free of fear, fill yourself up from within and share how to create a loving and empowering relationship with yourself (and why this is the foundation of every other relationship you have).

You will learn how to:

  • Develop a healthier and more reverent relationship with your body, where you’re both accepting of yourself and your body image.
  • Live more from your heart, be able to hear your inner voice and discover new ways to support yourself with self-care and self-love practices.
  • Explore the importance of balancing ‘being’ and ‘doing’ and how to begin to slow down and connect with yourself.
  • Practical self-care and self-love rituals to help you fill yourself up from within.
  • How to start creating a life that is guided by love.
  • A nutritious lunch will be served.


Enjoy a very nourishing gourmet vegetarian lunch.

Earth to plate, either straight from the organic garden or sourced from local growers.

Aromatherapy Session with Deanne (Dee) Kalda of maa organics

Dee, Aromatherapist, Massage Therapist and Health Coach is dedicated to self care. She wholeheartedly believes that the profound healing power of aromatherapy is a must for self care and wellbeing.

During this session Dee will share some amazing 100% pure essential oils to take you into Spring and beyond. You will get to experience each one, choose your favourites and together we’ll create a personalised perfume oil just for you.

This session is a devotion to creativity, intuition and self care.

  • Workbook with space for you to record your experience of each 100% pure essential oil.

Journaling and Reflection

Whether you journal on a regular basis or are completely new to it we will give you tips and prompts that will gently guide you back into connection with yourself so you can find peace and calmness, awaken your inner guidance and tap into your heart’s desires.

Afternoon Walk, optional

Nestled in the serene Noosa Hinterland, explore the beautiful gardens and bushland on the property. Take time to breathe, centre and ground yourself as you integrate the days activities.

Also includes morning and afternoon tea.
And we’ll finish the day with a glass of bubbly or tea and coffee.

What to bring:
Wear comfortable clothing for Yoga.
A blanket for Yoga.
Shoes for walking on the property.
Optional: a change of clothes and a towel
A journal or notebook for journaling session + your favourite pen.
Any other personal items you may need during the day.
