I’m going to show you how in this workshop.

Join me for a morning of planning where we’ll set goals that are meaningful for you, with a sense of ease and joy. Goals that feel achievable and that truly light you up.

On arrival enjoy a welcome drink.

We’ll begin with a Moon Deck Oracle Card reading to help you tune into your intuition and purpose followed by a Mini Meditation to set us up for a grounded, thoughtful and meaningful morning.

I’ll share my goal setting and productivity tips to help you set the foundation for success.

Then I’ll take you through my process for setting your goals and putting together a plan to accomplish them is a way that feels doable for you.

You’ll leave with a very realistic plan tailored to you and your lifestyle.

There are LIMITED SPACES. This is a small workshop to enable me to give you personalised attention and help you tailor a plan that will work for you.


What’s included?

  • A mini meditation to set us up for a grounded, thoughtful and meaningful morning.
  • A workbook that takes you through the steps we will be doing during our morning together and that you can take home and continue to use as a planning tool.
  • A nourishing grazing platter + tea, coffee, sparkling and still water.
  • An essential oil blend for focus and clarity.

What do I need to bring?

  • A notebook or journal + pen if you want to take some notes. There will be room in your workbook for this too.
  • Your planner/diary or digital calendar.
